10. You need 2 tbsp of cornflour
11. It’s of Oil for frying

13. You need 1 tsp of chopped garlic
14. You need 1 of capsicum cut into cubes
15. You need 1 of onion cut into cubes
16. Prepare 1 of spring onion
17. You need 2 of button red chilli
18. It’s 1 tsp of lemon juice
19. It’s to taste of Salt
20. Prepare 1/2 tsp of white pepper
21. It’s 1/2 tsp of black pepper
22. It’s 2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce
23. It’s 1/2 cup of ketchup
24. Prepare 1 tsp of sugar
25. It’s 2 tbsp of oil

Step to make Sweet sour chicken:

1. Place all the ingredients at kitchen counter.
2. In the chicken add salt, black white pepper.
3. Then add cornflour, vinegar, egg soya sauce.
4. Marinate for half hour then heat oil deep fry the chicken until light golden brown.
5. Set a side.
6. Meanwhile in another pan add oil chopped garlic and little bit fry then add capsicum and onion fry until little colour change of vegetable.
7. Now add fried chicken, button red chilli worcestershire sauce.
8. Add ketchup white black pepper.
9. Add salt sugar lemon juice.
10. Dissolve cornflour add into it stir continuously then add spring onion mix well cook only for 20 second
11. Sweet sour chicken is ready to serve.
