- It’s 1/2 C of cooking oil
- It’s 1 tbsp of tamarind paste + 1 C water
- You need 700 ml of water
- You need 5 sprigs of vietnamese mints
- You need To taste of chicken stock granules
- Prepare To taste of salt
- It’s 4 of tomatoes (cut into 4)
- It’s of Lady finger/Okra
Step to make Malaysian Hot Sour Fish Dish:
- Heat oil add B. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add A. Keep stirring until oil separate from the paste.
