The Ingredients needed to make Hot and Sour Pomelo Chutney 🍲:
  1. You need 1 of large size pomelo
  2. It’s 2 of dry red chilli
  3. Prepare of Black salt as required
  4. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar
Step to make Hot and Sour Pomelo Chutney 🍲:
  1. Wash the fruit and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Make vertical incisions on the rind at regular gap Remove the segmented portions of the rind by peeling them off.
  2. Separate the pomelo segments the same way as you would remove orange segment Peel off the papery cover and all the white pithy bit Discard the seeds and transfer the flesh to a bowl. Keep it aside.
  3. Take a frypan and heat it on stove. Put 2 dry red chilli into it and shallow fry it in a low medium flame. After frying put chilli in a bowl.
  4. Put some black salt as required and rup the chilli with hand and mix it with salt properly. Add some brown sugar. Mix again.
  5. Now add all the pomelo flesh into it and give it a perfect mix.
