- Prepare 1 Tbsp of ghee for Tadka
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of asafoetida
- It’s 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- You need 1 inch of ginger finely chopped
- You need 4-5 of green chillies with slits in between
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder
- Prepare 2 of big tomatoes finely chopped
- Prepare 1 of lemon juice
- It’s 1 tsp of Green coriander 4-5 tsp finely chopped
- It’s of For Tadka Mirchi
- It’s 15-20 of green chillies with slit in between
- It’s 2 tsp of Oil
- It’s 1 tsp of Mustard seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- It’s 1 tsp of coriander seeds
- It’s to taste of Salt
- It’s 1 tsp of vinegar
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of asafoetida
Even then this curry is very nutritive filled with Proteins and blends with any Ghee gives different taste to the Dal.
If you are very health conscious, replace it with cooking Oil.
Add the cooked Dal to the fried ingredients and mix well.
Dal Bati Churma is a very popular Rajasthani dish.
Step to make Mix grain baati and no onion garlic dal:
- Take all flour for baati and mix with ghee or oil properly. Add salt, buttermilk and then knead a soft dough with the help of Keep aside for 15-20

- When baatis are ready, serve them by slightly breaking them and dipping them in ghee, along with daal Tadka, Tadka mirchi, green chutney, sev, salad and buttermilk..
