Perkedel is a popular dish, either for a side dish or an appetizer made of ground potatoes, minced meat. In Indonesia, it is usually served with nasi kuning. Today i want to show you one of my Grandma Recipe is called Perkedel Tahu (Fried Tofu Nugget) This dish also my Moms Childhood dish.

Walaupun perkedel identik dengan bahan dasar kentang, di resep kali ini akan menyajikan hidangan perkedel dengan bahan dasar tahu. Cara membuatnya hampir sama ketika kita membuat perkedel kentang. Tahu dihaluskan bersama dengan bumbu kemudian dibentuk bulat lalu digoreng.

The Ingredients needed to make Perkedel Tahu Susu (Indonesian Tofu Patties):
  1. It’s of tahu susu or regular tofu, pat dry
  2. It’s of egg
  3. It’s of shallots, peeled and sliced thinly (you can also use half an onion)
