The Ingredients need to make Cassava Cake (Filipino Style):
  1. Prepare 1 package of grated frozen casava (thawed)
  2. Prepare 2 of egg yolk
  3. You need 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  4. You need 1 stick of melted butter
  5. It’s 1 bottle of coconut macapuno strings
  6. It’s 1 can of coconut milk
  7. Prepare 1 can of evaporated milk
  8. It’s 1/4 cup of sugar
  9. You need 1 tsp of cinnamon (optional)
Step to make Cassava Cake (Filipino Style):
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease a 9 by 13 pan
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
  4. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until top of cake turns golden brown. You can also brown the top by broiling it for roughly 1-2 minutes at the end of the baking proces If cake does not turn golden on top. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store leftovers in fridge.
