- Prepare 2 Cup of Suji (Grind)

- It’s 1/2 of Maida
- It’s 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- You need 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
- You need 1/2 Cup of Oil
- You need 1 of 1/2 Cup Sugar
- Prepare 2 Tsp of Vanila Custard Powder
- You need 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Essence
- Prepare of For Buttermilk
- You need 1/3 Cup of Milk
- You need 1 tsp of Lemon Juice
Step to make Suji Cake on Stove:
- Pour suji in a grinder jar grind it well.
- Take a bowl put grind suji in it add milk well it well. Let it rest for 30 min
- Take other bowl put maida in it add baking powder, baking soda custard powder and mix well.
- For Buttermilk take milk at room temperature add lemon juice mix it well. Buttermilk is teady.
- Now take suji mixture add oil sugar in it mix well. Make a smooth batter.
- Then add maida mixture mix well then add buttermilk mix properly.
- In last add vanilla essence mix well.
- Now take non-stick karahi grease oil place butter paper and pour cake batter.
- Cover the karahi close the lid hole.
- Turn on stove. Place the karahi low the flame.
- Cook it on low flame for 40-50 min Check it with knife or toothpick from center. If it is dry then cake is ready.
