  1. Wash the Rice strain the water keep it aside
  2. Chop all the aforementioned veggies keep readily available…Keep the Tempering Spices rest other Masalas ready too

  7. Checkout once done, by carefully gently stirring everything from upside down turn off the flame allow it to sit on its standby position for another 10-15 mins time, before serving hot with any raita/achar or sabji of your choice
