  2. It’s 1 lb of browned ground beef
  3. You need 1 can of hotdog chili or chili without beans
  4. You need 2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of onion powder
  6. Prepare 2 tsp of yellow mustard
  7. You need 2 of eggs
  8. You need 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
  9. You need 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
Step to make Low Carb chili cheese coney casserole:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Placed sliced hot dogs on the bottom of the casserole dish
  3. Top with Browned hamburger meat
  4. Pour onion powder and yellow mustard on top of hamburger
  5. Pour 1 cup of shredded cheese on top of this mixture
  6. Pour chili on top of cheese.
  7. In a separate bowl beat eggs, then add mayonnaise, and heavy whipping cream. Stir until smooth and pour on top of the chili
