  9. Prepare 1 Cup of either water, or almond milk
  10. Prepare of Icing sugar
Step to make Vegan Chocolate Cake:
  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsiu In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
