  3. You need 2-3 of chopped green chillies
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  5. Prepare 1 of onion sliced finely
  6. You need To taste of salt
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp of curd
  9. It’s 1/4 tsp of turmeric
  10. You need 1 tbsp of roasted curry leaves
  11. You need 1 tsp of chopped coriander
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of tandoori masala
  13. It’s 1 tsp of chaat masala
  14. It’s 1 tbsp of refined oil
  15. You need 1 tbsp of cornflour
Step to make Pan roasted Kerala Prawns:
  1. Marinate prawns with little salt,turmeric and lemon juice for 30 minuteHeat oil in a nonstick pan.Fry the onion.Then add ginger garlic paste,kashmiri red chilli powder,black pepper,tandoori masala,salt to taste and add prawns one by one alongwith marinade.Add curd and roasted curry leaves,few chopped green chillies and tos
  2. Make a paste of cornflour and add it to the prawns and toss till dry and masala is well roasted and coats the prawnGarnish with chopped coriander and lemon juice.Serve hot.
