The Ingredients needed to make The Mayo is the Clincher Mediterranean-Style Soup Spaghetti:
- It’s 200 of to 250 grams Pasta
- You need 1/2 small of Onion
- Prepare 1/2 of Celery (optional)
- You need 3 clove of Garlic
- You need 1 can of Canned diced tomatoes
- Prepare 2 tsp of Soup stock cube
- It’s 10 grams of Butter
- It’s 200 grams of Mixed frozen seafood
- It’s 2 tbsp of White wine
- Prepare 200 ml of Dashi stock (water + dashi granules)
- You need 100 ml of Milk
- You need 100 ml of Heavy cream
- It’s 3 tbsp of Mayonnaise
- It’s 1 dash of Salt and pepper (coarsely ground if possible)
- You need 1 of mayonnaise, parsley, powdered cheese - each (to taste) Toppings
Step to make The Mayo is the Clincher Mediterranean-Style Soup Spaghetti:
- Heat some oil in a pan and cook the minced onion, celery, and garlic well. Add the tomato and soup stock, and boil down by about half.
- Cook your mixed seafood in a heated frying pan with butter. Add some white wine and cook evenly to burn off the alcohol.
- Add the dashi stock, milk, heavy cream, mayonnaise, and the broth from Step 2 to Step 1 and cook. Once it starts bubbling flavor with the salt and pepper. Mix in the ingredients and the sauce is complete!
- Pour Step 3 over pasta thats been boiled for slighter shorter than directed. Top with mayonnaise, parsley, and powdered cheese and its complete.
