The Ingredients needed to make Mapo Tofu:

  6. You need of ground pork

  8. You need of tobanjan
  9. Prepare of gochujang
  10. You need of mirin
  11. It’s of miso
  12. It’s of oyster sauce
  13. It’s of soy sauce
  14. It’s of sesame oil
  15. Prepare of corn starch
  16. Prepare of water
Step to make Mapo Tofu:
  1. Combine all ingredients for sauce
  2. Heat oil on medium high heat and add garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant
  3. Add ground pork and cook until no pink meat remain Add sauce and stir thoroughly
  4. When sauce is boiling, add tofu and stir to coat. Add green onion and remove from pan
  5. Best served over short grain Japanese rice
