The Ingredients needed to make Mini Deerloaf Cupcakes:

1. Prepare of olive oil

8. You need of eggs
9. It’s of cooking spray
10. It’s of mashed potatoes
11. Prepare of chives, chopped
12. Prepare of bacon strips
13. It’s of bbq sauce
14. It’s of shredded cheddar cheese
15. Prepare of sour cream (optional)

Step to make Mini Deerloaf Cupcakes:

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine all ingredients with your hands, except mashed potatoes, chives, bacon, cheese, sour cream, and bbq sauce.
3. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
4. Spoon deer mixture into the 12 muffin cup
5. Top each deer loaf cupcake with bbq sauce.
6. Bake 25 minute Prepare mashed potatoes while deer loaf bake
7. Once finished baking pipe mashed potatoes on top of each deer loaf.
8. Sprinkle with chives bacon, sour cream and cheese.
