The Ingredients need to make Fiery Polynesian Chicken:
  1. It’s 1 1/4 lb of Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast (thinly sliced)

  3. You need 2 of Jalapeño Peppers (minced)
  4. It’s 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
  5. You need 1 tbsp of Grapeseed Oil
  6. It’s 1/4 tsp of Onion Powder
  7. You need 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Salt
Step to make Fiery Polynesian Chicken:
  1. Add all ingredients to a gallon-sized Ziplock bag. Mix well and let marinate in the refrigerator for no more than 90 minute The pineapple will break down the chicken and any longer than that will give you an undesirable texture.
  2. In a large sauté pan over high heat, add marinated ingredients and stir fry for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
