3. It’s 1/2 of Onion, sliced

5. You need 1 handful of button mushrooms, sliced
6. You need 1/4 of bell pepper, julienned (optional)
7. It’s of Few stalks green onions, chopped (garnish)
8. It’s 2 of tsps fish sauce (or use salt, to taste)
9. You need 2 Tbsp of Cooking oil for sautéing
10. Prepare 1/8 c of water
11. It’s of Canned Sardines
12. It’s 1 can of Sardines in tomato sauce - coarsely mashed with a fork
13. Prepare of Canned Tuna
14. Prepare 1 can of Tuna in oil or your flavor choice
15. You need of Pasta
16. Prepare 2-3 of servings pasta of choice

Step to make Canned Tuna or Sardines con Pasta - Canned Goods Leveled Up #lockdown:

1. Prepare the Base Sauté in oil onions, garlic until fragrant. Mix in tomatoes and mushroom Add water and c Let the tomatoes juice up and get soft (for flavor).
2. Check if the tomatoes are ready. Add a bit more water if its too dry. Sauté with spatula. Then add in your canned sardines or Tuna (including sauce). I coarsely mashed the fish pieces while in the pan.
3. Add bell peppers if desired, and a sprinkle of green onion Season with salt or fish sauce. Taste and let simmer a few minute Have you boiled your pasta while sautéing? )
4. PASTA Boil pasta in pot according to package instructions until al denté. Dont forget to add a bit of salt and oil (in pasta water).
