- Prepare 200 gram of ground beef/Chicken/pork
- You need 100 gram of peas
- Prepare 50 gram of carrots, cut into small cubes
- Prepare 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- You need 1 tablespoon of shallots, finely chopped
- You need 1 tablespoon of salted soy sauce
- It’s 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- It’s 1 teaspoon of salt
- You need 50 ml of water
- Prepare 100 ml of fullcream milk
- It’s 1/2 of maizena/cornstarch
- You need 2 of spring onions, finely sliced
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of butter for sauting
- It’s of For wet coating
- It’s 2 of eggs
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of milk
- Prepare to taste of Salt
- Prepare of For dry coating
- It’s of Plan flour
- Prepare of Bread crumb
Step to make Indonesian Potato Croquette (Kroket Kentang):
- Boil the potato until soft (you can easily pierce with fork). Mash it while its hot using potato masher or using mixer. Add the milk powder and the rest of the ingredient Stir to mix everything. Set aside to let it cool down
- Melt butter in a pan. Add in onions and saute until soft and fragrant. Add in meat, vegetable, and spice Cook for another minute. Have a taste and season with salt.
