The Ingredients need to make Breakfast Cookies / Cornflakes Cookies:
  1. You need 50 gms of Salted butter
  2. It’s 50 gms of Caster sugar
  3. Prepare 25 gms of Milk
  4. It’s 100 gms of Multigrain atta
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence
  6. It’s 1/4 tsp of Baking soda
  7. You need 30 gms of Raisins
  8. You need 50 gms of Corn flakes
Step to make Breakfast Cookies / Cornflakes Cookies:
  1. Preheat a oven 180 degree C.
  2. In a bowl whisk together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add milk, vanilla essence and combine again.
  3. Sift the dry ingredients directly into the fluffy butter mixture. Add raisins cornflakes to form a dough.
  4. Divide the cookie dough into balls of same size, gently press each ball to make it flatten and dip on a plate of cornflakes to coat. Which provide extra crunch to cookie
  5. Now place the cookies on a baking tray make sure to give minimum 3 fingers gap between each cookie.
  6. Bake at 180 degree C for 15 min until the cookies turn light golden in colour. Cool completely before serving. Enjoy.
