The Ingredients need to make Easter Bundt whole wheat cake:
- You need 200 gm of whole wheat flour
- You need 2 of Eggs if not egg then take one ripened banana and onecup curd
- Prepare 1 cup of vegetable oil
- It’s 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Prepare 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda
- Prepare 1 cup of powdered sugar
- You need 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- You need of Few drops vanilla essence
- Prepare of Red raspberries for garnishing
Step to make Easter Bundt whole wheat cake:
- Sieve whole wheat flour in a container
- Add cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
- Add baking powder and baking soda.
- Take wet ingredients in a bowl
- Add 2 eggs full and add butter or oil and mix together and whisk properly
- Add few drops of vanilla into it
- Now mix both the ingrdients properly and go on mixing it by cut and fold method until the paste attains a desired consistency.
- Grease the Bundt cake mould and pour the paste into it..
- Keep the.mould in the OTG preheated at 180°C for 25 minutes
- After 25 minutes check the cake and if the needle comes out clean that means the cake is ready
- Demould once it gets cooled
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over it and garnish with red raspberrie.
