The Ingredients needed to make Sambal Goreng Kentang:
  1. It’s 500 gr of Kentang
  2. It’s 100 gr of Udang Kupas
  3. Prepare 2 lenjer of Pete
  4. Prepare 2 of Hati Ampela
  5. You need 10 buah of Bawang Merah
  6. It’s 5 buah of Bawang Putih
  7. You need 15 buah of Cabe Keriting Merah
  8. You need 3 buah of Kemiri
  9. You need 1 ruas of Jahe
  10. You need 1 ruas of Lengkuas
  11. You need 2 batang of Sereh
  12. Prepare 2 lembar of Daun Salam
  13. Prepare secukupnya of Gula Merah
  14. It’s secukupnya of Garam
  15. You need of Penyedap rasa (royco)
  16. It’s 60 gr of Santan (me,-kara)
  17. Prepare of Minyak goreng
  18. You need 200 ml of Air
Step to make Sambal Goreng Kentang:
  1. Kupas Kentang dan potong bentuk dadu kecil. Cuci bersih lalu goreng sampe matang (harus matang ya moms, biar nanti hasilnya top)
  2. Blender (Cabe, baput, bamer, jahe, kemiri). Tumis Bumbu dan masukan sereh, daun salam, lengkuas yg sdh digeprek. Aduk sampe harum aromanya
  3. Masukan gula merah, garam, dan penyedap rasa. Masukan udang dan hati ampela. Aduk dan tunggu sampe agak matang. Masukan santan dan beri air.
  4. Terakhir masukan kentang yg sdh digoreng ke bumbu, lalu aduk(jangan terlalu sering nanti hancur kentangnya) boleh ditambahkan sedikit air jika kurang, dan aduk perlahan sampe agak kering, lalu tes rasa.
  5. Kalau sudah ok rasanya boleh diangkat, sambal goreng siap dihidangkan πŸ˜‰ taburi dg bawang goreng ya moms
