  5. Prepare 8 of garlic cloves chopped
  6. You need 1 of beef bouillon
  7. Prepare 2.2 oz of ground beef
  8. You need 1 tablespoon of dried onion
  9. It’s 1 tablespoon of paprika
  10. You need 2 tablespoons of cumin
  11. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  12. You need 15 oz of can of tomato sauce
  13. Prepare 15 oz of can of crushed tomatoes
  14. You need to taste of Salt
  15. Prepare of To accompany
  16. Prepare of Sour cream or cream cheese
  17. It’s of Shredded cheddar, Monterrey Jack, Asadero and quesadilla cheeses
  18. It’s of Corn tortilla chips
  19. Prepare of Rice
  20. It’s of Black beans

Step to make Beef Chili:
  1. Ingredients
  2. In a large pan heat the oil in medium temperature Add the onion, the peppers, the garlic and cook it until the onions are translucent
  3. Add the bouillon crushed, mix Integrate the ground beef
  4. Add the seasonings, cook it for 10 minutes with a semi-covered pan
  5. Add the tomato cans, cook it with an uncovered pan for 30 minutes, stir it occasionally, taste to adjust the salt
  6. Beef chili can be eat it alone with shredded cheddar cheese, corn tortilla chips and a tablespoon of sour cream or cream cheese per serving.
