The Ingredients need to make Mongolian Beef:
  1. It’s of Beef (your choice, skirt steak works great)
  2. You need of Green beans
  3. Prepare of Green onions
  4. You need of Garlic
  5. You need of Cornstartch
  6. You need 1 of Egg,
  7. It’s of Salt
  8. It’s of Pepper
  9. You need of Soy sauce
  10. It’s of Oyster sauce
Step to make Mongolian Beef:
  1. Wash and cut veggies to desired size. Set aside.
  2. Cut meat into 1/4 thick, or less, strips and put into a bowl.
  3. Mix 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch, salt, pepper and 1 egg into meat bowl. Set aside.
  4. Heat up wok and apply cold oil to prevent sticking. Remove any excess cornstarch and cook meat thoroughly. Set aside.
  5. Stir fry chopped garlic until fragrant and add green bean Stir fry for 1-2
  6. Add meat and 1/2 cup of Bring to a boil.
  7. Add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir until sauce thicken
  8. Optional if more thickness is desired, slowly add cornstarch/water mix until desired consistency. Be mindful to not add too much water based on quantity of food being cooked.
  9. Garnish with green onions and serve.
