The Ingredients needed to make CHRISTMAS JAM:
  1. Prepare 3 cup of cranberries
  2. It’s 1 of orange - peeled - seeded
  3. Prepare 1 of (10 oz) bag frozen sliced strawberries slightly thawed
  4. You need 1/4 tsp of ground cloves
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
  6. It’s 4 cup of granulated sugar
  7. You need 1/2 cup of water
  8. It’s 1 of -3oz. pack liquid pectin
  9. It’s 2 tsp of orange zest

Step to make CHRISTMAS JAM:

  3. Stirring constantly again boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Immediately pour into jar Adjust lids band Process in boiling water bath for 10 minute Remove from Allow to cool. Check to make they are sealed. If not refrigerate. Store away.( I got 6 half pints).
