4. You need 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
5. It’s 3/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
6. You need of Cream together first 3 ingredients, then add eggs
7. Prepare 1/2 cup of butter, softened
8. You need 1 cup of sugar
9. It’s 2 Tbsp of sour cream or Greek yogurt
10. You need 2 of eggs, room temp
11. Prepare of Whisk in a separate bowl
12. You need 2 cups of all-purpose flour
13. You need 1 tsp of baking soda
14. You need 1/4 tsp of salt
15. It’s of Crumble
16. You need 1 tsp of cinnamon
17. It’s 1 cup of flour
18. Prepare 1 cup of brown sugar
19. It’s 6 Tbsp of butter, cold

Step to make Banana Crumble Bread:

1. Mash bananas, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together and sour cream until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and beat until mixed.
3. Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined. Add in sour cream and stir.
4. Pour in mashed bananas, and mix until combined.
5. Divide batter into 2 loaf pans
