The Ingredients needed to make Nacho quesadillas and queso covered Spanish rice:

1. It’s of Flour tortillas
2. You need of Ground beef or chicken
3. You need of Shredded Mexican cheese
4. You need of Crushed doritos
5. You need of Queso dip or Fritos jalapeño cheese dip
6. It’s of Sour cream, salsa and lettuce optional
7. You need 1 packet of Spanish rice mix

4. Prepare rice as directed and top with queso
5. You can serve with salsa, sour cream, guacamole and shredded lettuce if desired
