The Ingredients needed to make Sautéed Asparagus In Ghee:
  1. It’s 1 bunch of Asparagus
  2. It’s 3/4 tsp of Ghee
  3. Prepare 1 of Garlic salt
Step to make Sautéed Asparagus In Ghee:
  1. Rinse asparagus and chop off the ends of them so they fit in your pan
  2. Melt ghee (preferably in stainless steel stir-fry pan) on low heat
  3. Place asparagus in pan with melted ghee
  4. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Stir.
  5. Add a little more garlic salt. Stir again
  6. Let sit for 2-3 mins and stir again
  7. Repeat step 6 until asparagus is softened and can be poked through with a fork
  8. Serve and eat relatively quickly, otherwise asparagus become kinda rubbery.
