The Ingredients needed to make Aish El Saraya (Middle Eastern Dessert):
  1. You need 500 ml of milk
  2. You need 1 tsp of cardamom powder
  3. Prepare 150 ml of condensed milk
  4. You need 2-3 tsp of corn flour
  5. It’s 6 pieces of Rusk or bread slices
  6. You need 1/4 cup of pistachio finely chopped
  7. It’s 1/4 cup of sugar
Step to make Aish El Saraya (Middle Eastern Dessert):
  1. In another pan, keep milk for boiling. Add condensed milk, cardamom powder and stir. Add corn Occassionally stir. Once it becomes thick rabdi, switch of the flame. Keep aside.
  2. Now in a serving plate, keep the rusk or the toasted bread Add few drops of sugar syrup all over the bread slice Pour the rabdi to cover the rusk Garnish with chopped pistachio.
  3. Keep in refridgerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
