4. You need 3 tbsp of ★Mayonnaise
5. You need 1 tbsp of ★ Ketchup Sugar
6. Prepare 1 tsp of ★Soy sauce
7. It’s 1 of ★Pepper

Step to make Lunchbox Treasure! Chicken Breast with Mayonnaise Dressing:

1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces (like nuggets) and marinate in a mixture of 4 parts cooking sake to 1 part soy sauce.
2. Coat the chicken with katakuriko and cook in a frying pan with a generous amount of oil until browned on both side
3. Combine the ingredients marked with ★.
4. Once the chicken has cooled, dress with the mayonnaise mixture. Dont add the dressing into the pan, apply it on a separate plate. If you want to give your dressing a Chinese-style flavour, add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
