The Ingredients needed to make Wedang Ronde:
- You need For of Ginger syrup
- Prepare 1500 ml of water
- Prepare 200 grams of sugar
- You need 50 grams of palm sugar
- It’s 100 grams of ginger
- Prepare 1 stalk of lemon grass
- It’s For of Filling-
- You need 150 grams of roasted peanuts
- It’s 100 grams of sugar
- It’s For of Sticky rice balls-
- You need 200 grams of glutinous rice
- It’s 75 ml of warm water
- You need as required of Foods coloring. Red,yellow and green
Step to make Wedang Ronde:
- Boil water, sugar, lemongrass and ginger. On low heat. Lift and set aside
- Grind peanuts and sugar until smooth. Set aside
- Mix glutinous flour with warm water and knead until glutinous flour can be formed.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts, each giving red, yellow and green coloring
- Form the dough into a round and fill with the filling material
- Bring the water to boil. Add the globular glutinous rice dough, then cook until float, remove and drain.
- Add glutinous balls into the ginger syrup. Boil over low heat.
- Serve warm in a bowl of sprinkle with toasted peanut
