  12. It’s Handful of Coriander leaves
  13. Prepare of Dal
  14. Prepare 1 cup of tuar dal (boiled)
  15. It’s 1 tsp of cumin seeds
  16. It’s 1 tsp of mustard seeds
  17. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
  19. It’s 1 tbsp of Salt
  20. Prepare 1/4 tsp of hing/asafoetida
  21. Prepare 3 tbsp of ghee
  22. Prepare 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  23. You need Handful of coriander leaves

  4. DAAL—-Heat ghee in a pan. Add hing, mustard seeds and cumin seedwhen they sputter add salt turmeric powder and red chilli powder add tuar daal mix it well. Add water as per requirement cook it for 5 minute Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice.put ghee and serve with Rice and chapati
