Masala Bhindi Cucumber Raita:

  2. You need 500 gm of bhindi(washed and cut into small pieces)
  3. Prepare 3 of onions (chopped)
  4. Prepare 2 of tomatoes (chopped)
  5. You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  6. It’s 1 of green chilli (chopped)
  7. You need 4 tbsp of oil
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of amchur powder
  10. Prepare 2 tsp of coriander powder
  11. It’s 1/2 tsb of turmeric powder
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of salt or to taste
  13. It’s 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala
  15. You need 1 tsp of lemon juice
  16. You need 2 tbsp of Fresh coriander

  18. It’s 2 of cucumbers (peeled and grated)
  19. It’s 2 cups of fresh curd
  20. You need 1/2 tsp of dry pudina leaves
  21. You need 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
  22. It’s 1/4 tsp of black salt
  23. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
  24. You need of Salt(to taste)
  25. Prepare 2 tbsp of Fresh coriander
  26. It’s of Chaat masala if needed
Step to make My favourite lunch

Masala Bhindi Cucumber Raita:

  1. Bhindi preparation—-Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add the chopped bhindi. Sauté it to in medium flame for 10 minute
  2. Transfer bhindi into a bowl.Now in the same pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it. Add cumin seeds,green chilli, onions one by one. Fry it until onions turn light brown.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste cook it for 1 minute.Add tomatoes and salt,cook it for 1-4 minute
  4. Now add all the dry masala(spices)saute it well.
  5. Now add the fried bhindi, mix cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Add lemon juice,coriander leavesand turn off the flame.
  6. Masala bhindi is ready.Serve with roti/ chawal/paratha.
  7. RAITA(method)-
  8. In a bowl whisk the curd.Add all the ingredient
  9. Mix well,garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
