The Ingredients needed to make My favourite lunch
Masala Bhindi Cucumber Raita:
- Prepare of For masala bhindi
- You need 500 gm of bhindi(washed and cut into small pieces)
- Prepare 3 of onions (chopped)
- Prepare 2 of tomatoes (chopped)
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- It’s 1 of green chilli (chopped)
- You need 4 tbsp of oil
- Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp of amchur powder
- Prepare 2 tsp of coriander powder
- It’s 1/2 tsb of turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 tsp of salt or to taste
- It’s 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala
- You need 1 tsp of lemon juice
- You need 2 tbsp of Fresh coriander
- It’s of Ingredients for Raita
- It’s 2 of cucumbers (peeled and grated)
- It’s 2 cups of fresh curd
- You need 1/2 tsp of dry pudina leaves
- You need 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
- It’s 1/4 tsp of black salt
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
- You need of Salt(to taste)
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Fresh coriander
- It’s of Chaat masala if needed
Step to make My favourite lunch
Masala Bhindi Cucumber Raita:
- Bhindi preparation—-Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add the chopped bhindi. Sauté it to in medium flame for 10 minute
- Transfer bhindi into a bowl.Now in the same pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it. Add cumin seeds,green chilli, onions one by one. Fry it until onions turn light brown.
- Then add ginger garlic paste cook it for 1 minute.Add tomatoes and salt,cook it for 1-4 minute
- Now add all the dry masala(spices)saute it well.
- Now add the fried bhindi, mix cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Add lemon juice,coriander leavesand turn off the flame.
- Masala bhindi is ready.Serve with roti/ chawal/paratha.
- RAITA(method)-
- In a bowl whisk the curd.Add all the ingredient
- Mix well,garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
