  2. Prepare 1/3 cup of slivered almonds
  3. You need 1/3 cup of nuts, pecans, cashews, or walnuts, they couldnt remember with one it was
  4. It’s 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
  5. Prepare 1/3 cup of sunflower seeds
  6. Prepare 1-1/2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar
  7. You need 1-1/2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  8. Prepare 1-1/2 tablespoons of sunflower oil/ vegetable oil
  9. It’s 1 pinch of salt
  10. It’s 1/3 cup of raisins

  1. Preheat oven 250 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Mix the dry ingredients except the raisins they go in last
  3. Mix the wet ingredients
  4. Mix everything together adding in the raisins last
  5. Spread mixture out on a pan and bake 60 minutes
  6. Turn oven off, dont open it leave it shut for 15 miutes
  7. Remove from oven then break it all up
  8. Put into a Dixie cup or similar paper cups serve I hope you enjoy!
