Butter Chicken or Murg Makhani is an authentic Indian dish which is prepared in all parts of the country. Butter chicken is probably one of the most popular. My Favorite Indian Dish, I decided to make on my Yoder Smoker.

The Ingredients need to make Smoked Butter Chicken:
  1. Prepare of Sauce
  2. Prepare 2 of tomatoes
  3. You need 1/2 cup of fried onion
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of fresh onion
  5. Prepare 2 Tblsp of oil
  6. Prepare 2 Tblsp of Rama margarine
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of garlic
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of turmeric powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder
  10. You need 2 tsp of salt
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of crushed green chilli
  12. It’s 2 cups of milk
  13. You need 1 tsp of sugar
  14. It’s Squeeze of lemon juice
  15. You need 1 tsp of Suhana butter chicken mix
  16. Prepare 250 ml of fresh cream (optional)
  17. It’s of Fresh chopped dhania
  18. It’s of cubes Chicken
  19. Prepare 1 kg of chicken fillet cut in cubes
  20. Prepare 1 tsp of salt
  21. It’s 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  22. Prepare 2 tsp of Suhana butter chicken mix
  23. Prepare 1 tsp of garlic
  24. Prepare 3 Tblsp of thick plain yoghurt

Add half the chicken and spread out. Smoked Butter Injected Chicken with creole seasoning. With my new ugly drum smoker I injected a chicken with butter and smoked it. This butter injected chicken will blow your mind.

Step to make Smoked Butter Chicken:
  1. Liquidise tomatoes, fresh onion and fried onion until completely smooth.
  2. Heat oil and margarine in a pot. Add tomato mixture. Allow cooking for 15 minute
  3. Add spices - turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, sugar, lemon juice and garlic to the mixture.
  4. Add milk. Allow to cook until oil comes up to the top.
  5. Marinate your chicken with all the ingredients - salt, turmeric powder, Suhana butter chicken mix, garlic, plan yoghurt and cook in a tandoori oven or normal oven.
  6. Cook chicken until slightly brown. Remove from oven.
  7. Add chicken to sauce mixture and cook for 10 min
  8. Add fresh cream and dhania. Let it boil. After 5mins switch stove off.
  9. Take a coal and light it until it is completely heated.
  10. Put coal in a small bowl and add to the center of butter chicken pot. Add oil to the coal and quickly close the lid. Do not open for 10mins or until you are ready to serve.
  11. Serve with naan/roti or rice.
