The Ingredients needed to make Sea Salt Almond Seed Bars

(No Bake, Vegan, Dairy Free):

  1. Prepare of oats (I used instant oats)
  2. It’s of mixed seeds
  3. Prepare of shredded unsweetened coconut
  4. Prepare of baked almonds
  5. You need of dates
  6. You need of coconut oil
  7. It’s of Sea salt
Step to make Sea Salt Almond Seed Bars

(No Bake, Vegan, Dairy Free):

  1. Mix coconut oil with oats and seeds till combined.
  2. Toast on pan on low heat for 10-15 mins till fragrant. Alternatively, bake in the oven for 15 mins at 180 degree Let cool.
  3. Mashed soft dates and almonds with oat mixture. I use plastic gloves and just smooshed them together. Can also use a big ziplock and have fun smooshing them!
  4. Line container with parchment paper. Press mixture in it.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt on top. Freeze for 1 - 2 hours before cutting in bar
