  2. You need 2.5 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
  3. Prepare 1 Tsp of Nutmeg
  4. Prepare 1 Tsp of Cinnamon
  5. Prepare 1 Cup of Silk Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
  6. Prepare 0.5 Cup of Cottage Cheese
  7. Prepare 8 oz of Liquid Egg Whites (or 2 large eggs)
Step to make High Protein Oatmeal Breakfast (Cutting):
  1. Over medium heat, combine milk and spices in a small saucepan.
  2. Once milk starts simmering, add oat Stir constantly as the oats start cooking. Allow oats to cook for 20 - 30 min
