The Ingredients needed to make Easy Stovetop Granola:
  1. It’s 1 tbsp. of coconut oil
  2. You need 2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup of nuts of choice (walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc.)
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp. of seeds of choice (pumpkin, sunflower, etc.)
  5. It’s 3 tbsp. of pure maple syrup
  6. It’s 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
  7. You need Pinch of salt
  8. You need 1/4 cup of chopped dried fruit of choice (optional)
  9. You need 1/4 cup of shredded coconut (optional)
  10. You need 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips (optional)
Step to make Easy Stovetop Granola:
  1. In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Once the coconut oil has melted, add the oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, salt and maple syrup. Stir to thoroughly combine everything.
  3. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring nearly constantly to prevent anything from burning, until everything is toasted and golden.
  4. Remove from the heat and allow the granola to cool completely.
  5. Once its cool, you can mix in any other add ins youd like (dried fruit, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, whatever youd like).
  6. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 week
