The Ingredients needed to make Smokey Taco Beef Jerky:
  1. Prepare 2 lbs of ground tenderloin tips (any lean grd beef will work)
  2. You need 1 package of taco seasoning
  3. It’s 3 drops of liquid smoke
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  5. It’s 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
Step to make Smokey Taco Beef Jerky:
  1. Grind 2 lbs of lean beef, I used tenderloin tip Any lean cut will work or pre ground is fine too.
  2. Add all ingredients together and let marinate overnight.
  3. Stuff into a jerky gun and squeeze out onto the dehydrator rack I used a wide tip, it has about half an inch opening. Ive made this with a 1/4 or so size similar to a Slim Jim size and just didnt get the tenderness I wanted.
  4. Dehydrate according to the instructions for your dehydrator or use the oven at the lowest temperature. Mine took about 28-30 hr
  5. Bag, tag and devour!
