  17. Prepare 2 of green cardomon
  18. Prepare 1 of black cardamon
  19. You need 1 of bay leaf
  20. It’s 1 of Sliced ginger
  21. Prepare 2 tbsp of Butter
  22. You need 1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder
  23. Prepare as required of Oil

  25. You need as per taste of Kasoori Methi

  4. Take the same pan..add oil and fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.Keep it aside.
  5. Add 2 tbps of butter in the pan..add finely sliced ginger.. saute it well..add the pureed mixture, nutmeg powder…and cook it on medium flame for ten minute..add kasuri methi, chicken give it a mix and cook it for 5 minute.you can add water to adjust the consistency of gravy as per your choice.1 tsp of honey to balance the tangyness from tomatoe
  6. Add cream and cook it for another 5 minute.
  7. Serve it with Roti or Jeera Rice.
