- Prepare of Cream cheese
- It’s of Plain yogurt
- You need of Silken tofu
- You need of Honey
- Prepare of White flour
- You need of Eggs
- You need of Lemon juice
Step to make Reduced Calories Tofu Cheesecake:
- Wrap tofu in paper towels and microwave for 2 minute Place a weight on top to drain.
- Place the tofu (from step 1) and plain yogurt on a colander or sieve lined with a paper towel. Set aside for 30 minutes to an hour for further draining.
- Combine the mixture from step 2, cream cheese (brought to room temperature), honey, flour, eggs, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend thoroughly.
- Pour into a pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 170°C (338°F) preheated oven for 30 to 40 minute
- When done, remove from the pan.
