  1. You need 2.5 cup of flour
  2. You need 2 teaspoon of salt
  3. It’s 2 of eggs
  4. It’s 2-3 cups of milk
  5. Prepare of Olive oil
Step to make Pfannenkuchen (German Pancake/Crepe):
  1. Add flour and salt to a large bowl and give it a dry mix. Make a well in the center and add the egg Mix well and slowly add milk.
  2. Continue to add milk until the batter becomes very smooth and creamy - not thick.
  3. Preheat non-stick pan at medium-high heat with drizzle of olive oil.
