The Ingredients need to make Tofu/Awara balls:
  1. You need of Cooked awara(unfried)
  2. Prepare of Egg
  3. Prepare of Flour
  4. You need of Seasoning and spices
  5. You need of Onion and garlic
  6. It’s of Scotch bonnet(optional)
  7. It’s of Golden morn/breadcrumbs/semovita(optional)
  8. Prepare of Vegetable oil for frying

Step to make Tofu/Awara balls:
  1. Mash the cooked awara in a bowl

  4. Shape them into balls,put in flour followed by egg and then to bread crumbs/golden morn/semolina
  5. Deep fry and serve with any sauce
