The Ingredients need to make Thai Pineapple Fried Rice (KHAO PHAD SAPPAROT):

  2. You need of pineapple, cut to taste
  3. It’s of meat (beef, chicken, shrimp etc…), cut to taste
  4. Prepare of egg, made scrambled
  5. Prepare of cashew nuts, roasted/oven
  6. Prepare of raisins
  7. Prepare of carrots, cut into small squares
  8. It’s of string bean, cut to taste
  9. Prepare of garlic, finely chopped
  10. Prepare of onion, thinly sliced
  11. It’s of leeks, cut into 1 cm pieces
  12. It’s of ginger, grated/chopped finely
  13. It’s of coconut milk
  14. It’s of curry powder
  15. Prepare of soy sauce
  16. It’s of fish sauce
  17. It’s of tomato sauce
  18. You need of pepper powder
  19. Prepare of Sugar and salt
  20. Prepare of Vegetable oil / olive oil for frying
  21. Prepare of COMPLEMENTARY INGRED.

  23. Prepare of fried shallots
  24. It’s of celery
Step to make Thai Pineapple Fried Rice (KHAO PHAD SAPPAROT):
  1. Heat a little oil and saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant. Add all meat, carrots, pineapple, and string bean. Cook until the vegetables soften.
  2. Add white rice, curry powder and scrambled eggs then mix well. Add thick coconut milk, stir again.
  3. Then add cashews, raisins and chive Stir well.
  4. Enter sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder and salt. Adjust taste.
  5. Serve with a sprinkling of fried shallot, red pepper and celery.
