The Ingredients need to make ACHARI

My Favourite Lunch:

  1. You need 250 gms of cubed Paneer
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of Achar masala (Mango pickle masala)
  3. It’s 1 of capsicum roughly chopped
  4. You need 3 of tomatoes (puree)
  5. You need 1 of onion finely chopped
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of curd
  7. You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  8. It’s 1 pinch of heing (asafoetida)
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of salt (if needed)
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
  11. Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
  12. It’s 3 tbsp of oil
  13. You need 2 tbsp of coriander leaves
Step to make ACHARI

My Favourite Lunch:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions roast well. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté it. Pour the tomato Puree sauté it until brown.
  2. Lower the flame and add the mango pickle masala and roughly chopped capsicum. Mix it well nice aroma comes out. Now Add red chilli powder turmeric powder salt and sugar.
  3. Add Curd in the masala. Cook it till oil starts separating. Add the cubed Mix everything well. Now add half cup
  4. Cover and cook until the gravy thicken
  5. For more tangy taste you can add 1/2 tsp lemon juice in it.
  6. Garnish it with fresh coriander leave
