  4. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil add marinated chicken pieces cover and cook them on low to medium flame for 4-5 minuteopen the lid and turn the flame high to evaporate the excess roast on both side untill the grill marks appear.
  5. In a wok add 2tbsp butter then add grind paste of onion and tomatoecook for two minutethen add chicken mix well cook for 2 minutes then add kasuri methi and garam masala mix all.then cover and cook for ten minutes on low flame.now add one cup water and 2 tbsp cream mix well cook again for 2-3 minute add little butter and finely chopped coriander leavemix and turn off the flame.swrve with naan or roti.
