The Ingredients needed to make Mikes Garlic Swiss Burgers:
  1. You need of Garlic Burgers
  2. You need 2 lb of 80/20 Hamburger Meat
  3. You need 1 tbsp of Granulated Garlic Powder
  4. You need 2 tbsp of Fine Minced Garlic
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of Granulated Onion Powder
  6. It’s 1 tsp of Granulated Salt
  7. You need 1 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of Worshestershire Sauce
  9. Prepare 4 slice of Swiss Cheese
  10. You need 2 large of Sesame Seed Buns Or French Bread
  11. Prepare 1 stick of Real Butter [you wont need all]
  12. Prepare of Garnishes
  13. You need 1 large of Tomato [sliced]
  14. It’s 1 large of Sweet Vidalia Onion [sliced]
Step to make Mikes Garlic Swiss Burgers:
  1. Mix everything together very well. Except for the swiss cheese, vegetables, butter and bread.
  2. Divide mixed meat in half and create two 1 pound burger pattie Or, create four medium sized if youd like. For larger buns, press meat thinner than usual and poke five [MM sized holes] throughout each burger to keep them from shrinking in circumference.
  3. Grill burgers over charcoal or pan fry patties with lid and fry until fully cooked. Usually 4 minutes on each side for 1 pounders and 2.5 to 3 minutes on each side for 1/2 pounder Be careful not to burn burgers though! Trust me, garlic tastes terrible when burnt!
