1. You need of Silken tofu

Step to make Just Mix Tofu Cake:

1. Cut in the butter and granulated sugar with a spatula (combine completely).
2. Add eggs and milk in small batche Whisk, then add tofu and salt, then whisk again. Mix throughly.
3. Add cake flour and baking powder in small batches, and whisk once more. Be patient, and stir.
4. Pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 60 minutes to finish.
