- It’s 1/8 cup of cocoa powder
- You need 1 of egg
- Prepare 1/4 cup of water
- It’s 1/4 cup of fat (extra virgin olive oil)
- It’s dash of salt
- Prepare dash of nutmeg
- You need handful of blueberries
Step to make Low-Carb Paleo Gluten-Free Chocolate Blueberry Cobbler:
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Microwave handful of blueberries for 30 secs or until steaming.
- Combine dry ingredients (coconut flour, cocoa powder, salt, nutmeg) and stir.
- To the dry ingredients, add wet ingredients (water, oil, and egg) and stir.
- Put mixture in oven for 10 - 12 minute Top with chopped almonds if you prefer.
