The Ingredients needed to make Egg Brunch Salad:
  1. Prepare 2 of eggs
  2. It’s 150 g of button mushrooms
  3. Prepare Handful of spinach
  4. Prepare A few of baby plum tomatoes
  5. Prepare Splash of olive oil
  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
  7. Prepare 2 pinches of salt
  8. You need of Freshly ground Black Pepper
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar
Step to make Egg Brunch Salad:
  1. Boil 2 eggs for 4-5 mins
  2. Quarter the mushrooms
  3. Add a splash of olive oil, salt, pepper and some worcestershire sauce… toss the mushrooms until they are coated…
  4. Add a few baby plum tomatoes and a handful of baby spinach leaves with the stalks removed. Splash with balsamic vinegar.
  5. Peal, and slice the boiled eggs and season with more salt and pepper
