The Ingredients need to make Moist and Chewy Tofu Cake:
  1. Prepare of Pancake mix
  2. It’s of Silken tofu
  3. You need of Egg
  4. It’s of Sugar
Step to make Moist and Chewy Tofu Cake:
  1. Whip the tofu (no need to drain) and egg with a whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the pancake mix and sugar to Step 1, and mix well with a spatula.
  3. Pour Step 2 mixture into a butter-greased pan, and bake it for 30 - 40 minutes at 180℃ /355℉.
  4. Done.
  5. It goes well with apple and red wine compote.
