  1. Prepare of egg noodle
  2. You need of silken tofu/egg tofu
  3. You need of shrimp
  4. It’s of carrot
  5. You need of shitake (big size)
  6. It’s of baby bok choy
  7. It’s of chili (if you like it spicy)
  8. You need of garlic
  9. It’s of onion
  10. You need of ginger (bruised)
  11. It’s of oyster sauce
  12. Prepare of soy sauce
  13. Prepare of fish sauce
  14. Prepare of mushroom stock powder
  15. Prepare of sesame oil
  16. Prepare of white pepper
  17. You need of corn starch (dissolve with 1 Tbsp water)
  18. Prepare of water
Step to make Mie Sapo Tahu (Claypot Tofu with Noodles):
  1. Prepare all ingredient Chop garlic and onion. Thinly slice carrot, tofu and shitake.
  2. Boil noodle for about 3 minutes until cooked. Fry tofu until its surface become golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Heat wok with medium heat, then saute ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant. Add carrot and cook for 2 minute Put shrimp and shitake in and stir it well.
  4. Add water, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, mushroom stock powder, and white pepper (you could add chili as well). Mix it well for 3 minutes, then add bok choy and tofu. Change fire to lowheat and cook for 2 minute Add sesame oil and pour corn starch mixture. Stir it until the soup a bit thicken. Turn of heat
  5. Put noodle in a large bowl and pour Sapo Tahu. Serve it while it hot ✨
